Served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in a sunny room with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the hills and gardens, our signature breakfasts start with rich Vermont-roasted coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and fresh fruit.

The Inn's homemade muffins, pastries, coffee cake or sweet breads are freshly baked daily. The whole experience culminates with a hot entree from our own recipe collection --whether it’s cottage cheese pancakes, savory egg strata or blueberry waffles, the entrees are always mouthwateringly delicious.
