Served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in a sunny room with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the Mad River Valley hills and gardens, our signature breakfasts start with rich Vermont-roasted coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and fresh fruit.

The Inn's homemade muffins, pastries, coffee cake or sweet breads are freshly baked daily. The whole experience culminates with a hot entree from our own recipe collection --whether it’s cottage cheese pancakes, savory egg strata or blueberry waffles, the entrees are always mouthwateringly delicious. Cereal with fruit is also an option. We gladly accommodate your dietary restrictions or allergies. Coffee and tea are available at 7:30 a.m.
