Flowers
| Here are a few helpful hints to keep in mind when selecting a florist for the Round Barn. If you are having an on-premise ceremony, you may want to enhance the ceremony area with two simple arrangements that can later be moved inside and put on the entrance ramp, buffet or food stations. Entertainment
There are many musical options available to you both locally and from the surrounding areas. Prices for live bands generally run between $1,500 - $4,500 for a four hour contract. Most DJ's are from $500 to $1,200 for a 4 hour set.
Many classical musicians are also available to play as background music for ceremony and cocktail receptions. Prices for classical musicians generally run from $175 per musician for three hours of music including breaks.
We welcome your own choice of music but do require that music ends at 9:30 pm in the Summer and Fall and 11:00 pm in the Winter and Spring. It is mandatory that a copy of a musician's contract be mailed or faxed to us prior to your signature so we may verify any electrical, staging, meal set-up requirements and special needs can be met.
