Let our Executive Chef Sean Richards and Pastry Chef Astrid O’Connor cook for you! Catch a glimpse of what makes the Round Barn Farm such a special place as Chef Sean prepares a delicious 3-course local, farm fresh dinner in the beautiful open farmhouse kitchen in the Inn.  We’ll even pair a bubbly cocktail, a sturdy Vermont Craft Brew, or some stellar wines to perfectly compliment your meal.

Our cozy and romantic Farmhouse Dining Room sets the stage for the night, the impressive hand hewn posts and beams washed in soft candlelight. The view of the snowy fields will make you happy to be snuggled in for the evening.

Irish Soda Bread with Round Barn Butter

Beef and Guiness Stew with Bear Roots Farm Potatoes and Carrots

Irish Pub Salad with Hartshorn’s Greens, Soft Boiled Local Eggs, Pickled Bear Roots Farm Beets and Greenbeans, Crumbled Vermont Cheddar, Herb Dressing

Entree (choose one):

“Stobnach Gaelach” A Traditional Irish Lamb Stew. Local Lamb, Bear Roots Potatoes, House Made Pastry Crust

Round Barn Corned beef and  Charred  Local Cabbage, Local Potatoes and Carrots, and Horseradish Sour Cream

Irish Roast Dinner  Von Trapp  Slow Roasted Pork Loin with Braised Local Root Vegetables, Yorkshire Pudding, Irish Whiskey Gravy
